A standard process includes a custom cut, skinning, suet (beef or pork if desired), paper wrap, and freeze.

We offer cooler storage, professional cape outs, 48 hr european mounts, and more. We can do bulk sausage, salami, and jerky at an additional cost. We are very appreciative of the business we receive and look forward to serving you this year!
