$1.15/lb Carcass Weight
Lambs are $175 flat rate
Curing (Bacon and Ham): $1.92/lb
Peppered: $1.99/lb

2025 Wild Game
A standard process includes a custom cut, skinning, suet (beef or pork if desired), paper wrap, and freeze.
Antelope: $215
Deer: $225
Elk: $400
We offer other services including cooler storage ($10/day), professional cape outs, 48 hr european mounts, and more. We can do bulk sausage ($2.50/lb), salami, and jerky at an additional cost. We offer a paper wrap on all processing (no vac seal currently). We are very appreciative of the business we recieve and look forward to serving you this year! We will have dry ice this year (price TBD).
